Wadefield Homes was started by Steven Skeen to help make a confusing and sometimes frustrating process like building custom homes an enjoyable experience. Steven has worked for several large production and custom home builders in the Houston area over the last 10 plus years building over 300 houses for happy homeowners. He has an outstanding reputation within the industry for their knowledge of construction and their ability to please their customers.
Steven, a native of Katy, Texas, has been in the construction field for 20 years. While still in high school, he began working with his father in the commercial construction field. Although he enjoyed this aspect of construction, he found that his true passion was homebuilding. After working for some of Houston's largest homebuilders, he was inspired to begin his own company. Steven's in-depth knowledge of the Houston construction market and his long-term relationships within the industry make it possible for him to provide the quality work and excellent customer service that he feels are essential elements to a successful project and a happy homeowner.
